- Verification code missing: the register form shows a Contact customer service prompt for this.
- Locked after wrong passwords: the lock notice says to use Forgot Password to set a new one, and it has its own Contact customer service button.

- Reset, unlock or close a 91 Club account.
- Send a verification code or find out why one is late.
- Look into deposits, withdrawals or game results.

Found a step that looks outdated?
Go by the 91 Club screens whenever a guide here no longer matches them. The platform can change its labels or options between checks, and its own screens are the final word.
