Forgot Your 91 Club Password?
Can't remember your 91 Club password? Start from the Forgot password? link on the login page. That page also tells anyone who has forgotten a password to contact customer service.

Resetting a 91 Club password from the login page
- Go to the login page and select the tab you normally use, Phone Number or Email.
- Tap Forgot password?, which sits with the Remember password option.
- Work through the prompts that follow. Those reset screens were not opened for this guide, so go by the wording 91 Club shows you.
- When asked for a new password, follow any rule shown there. The sign-up form asks for at least 8 characters mixing letters and numbers, so a password like that is a sensible choice.
- Return to the login page and sign in with the new password.
The Account has been locked notice on 91 Club
After more than 10 wrong password entries, the login page shows Account has been locked. The notice says to use Forgot Password to set a new password, which unlocks the account so you can log in again. Stop guessing once you see it.
The same notice carries a Contact customer service button for cases where the reset route does not work.
Cases for 91 Club customer service
- The reset will not accept your phone number or email.
- The mobile number on the account is no longer in your hands.
- A reset step asks for a code that never arrives. The sign-up form sends that same problem to customer service.
- The lock notice keeps returning after a new password is set.
How to pick a 91 Club password you won't forget
A short phrase you already know, joined with a few numbers, is easier to recall than random characters and still meets the rule. Keep it out of screenshots and chat messages. The account safety guide has more on this, and the 91 Club login steps show where the new password goes.
